MEDIUM SAUCEPAN LIQUID MEASURING CUP MEASURING SPOONS WHISK POT HOLDER |

DIRECTIONS:
- WASH HANDS.
- IN A MEDIUM SAUCEPAN, PUT:
2 CUPS WATER, MEASURED IN GLASS LIQUID MEASURING CUP 1 CUP MILK, MEASURED IN GLASS LIQUID MEASURING CUP 2 TABLESPOONS (TBSP) MARGARINE 1 TEASPOON (TSP) SALT
- TURN HEAT TO MEDIUM-HIGH.
- WHEN THE MARGARINE HAS MELTED, TURN OFF HEAT.
- ADD 2 CUPS OF INSTANT POTATOES TO THE PAN.
- STIR WITH A WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH AND THICK.
- IT IS DONE.

2 LARGE BOWLS 2 LARGE SPOONS WHISK PIE PLATE ROLLING PIN KNIFE FORK CHEESE GRATER MEASURING CUPS LIQUID MEASURING CUP MEASURING SPOONS WAXED PAPER TIMER POT HOLDERS CUTTING BOARD |

DIRECTIONS:
- WASH HANDS.
- IN LARGE BOWL, PUT:
1/2 CUP OIL 1 CUP FLOUR - LEVEL OFF WITH A KNIFE 1/4 CUP FLOUR - LEVEL OFF 4 TABLESPOONS (TBSP) ICE WATER DASH OF SALT
- MIX GENTLY WITH A SPOON TO FORM A BALL.
- COVER BOWL WITH PLASTIC WRAP.
- PLACE BOWL IN REFRIGERATOR.
- IN A DIFFERENT LARGE BOWL, PUT:
3 EGGS 1 TABLESPOON (TBSP) FLOUR - LEVEL OFF 3/4 CUP MILK - MEASURED IN GLASS LIQUID MEASURING CUP 1 TEASPOON (TSP) SALT - LEVEL OFF 1 TEASPOON (TSP) PEPPER - LEVEL OFF
- WITH A WHISK, BLEND ALL THAT IS IN THE BOWL.
- GRATE 1 CUP OF CHEESE AND ADD TO THE BOWL.
- ON A CUTTING BOARD, CHOP OFF THE ENDS OF ONE SMALL ONION AND PEEL IT. THROW THE ENDS AND THE PEEL AWAY.
- CHOP UP ONION INTO SMALL PIECES AND ADD TO THE LARGE BOWL.
- MIX WITH A SPOON.
- PREHEAT OVEN TO 400.
- TAKE BOWL OF DOUGH OUT OF THE FRIDGE.
- PLACE DOUGH BETWEEN TWO LARGE PIECES OF WAX PAPER, IN THE MIDDLE.
- ROLL DOUGH WITH A ROLLING PIN OVER THE WAX PAPER UNTIL THE DOUGH BECOMES A THIN CIRCLE, PRESSING HARD WITH THE ROLLING PIN.
- TAKE OFF THE TOP PIECE OF WAX PAPER.
- PLACE PIE PLATE UPSIDE-DOWN ON TOP OF THE ROLLED DOUGH.
- SLIDE YOUR HAND UNDER THE WAX PAPER AND DOUGH. PUT YOUR OTHER HAND ON TOP OF THE PIE PLATE. HOLDING THEM TOGETHER, TURN DOUGH AND PIE PLATE RIGHT SIDE UP.
- PRESS THE DOUGH SMOOTHLY INTO THE PIE PLATE UNTIL IT FORMS TO THE BOTTOM AND SIDES OF THE PIE PLATE, LIKE A PIE CRUST.
- REMOVE TOP PIECE OF WAX PAPER.
- TAKE KNIFE AND CUT AROUND TOP EDGES OF THE PIE PLATE, CUTTING OFF THE EXTRA DOUGH AND THROWING AWAY THE EXTRA.
- TAKE A FORK AND PIERCE HOLES IN DOUGH ON BOTTOM OF PIE PLATE.
- ADD LIQUID FROM OTHER BOWL INTO PIE PLATE, UNTIL FULL.
- PUT IN OVEN.
- SET TIMER FOR 20 MINUTES.
- WHEN TIMER GOES OFF, TAKE QUICHE OUT OF OVEN.
- TURN OFF OVEN. IT IS DONE.
